Everything you need to know about your stay
Can I visit the restaurant as an external guest?
You can of course use the restaurant even if you are not a hotel guest. We kindly ask you to make a reservation enquiry under +43 (0) 2522 84700 9602.
What hygiene and safety precautions have been taken for guests?
We have developed a comprehensive hygiene and protection concept for a relaxing stay with us. This includes measures such as the regular disinfection of contact surfaces in the resort (tables, bar, hotel reception, door handles, key rings, etc.). You will also find disinfectant dispensers throughout the resort, which you are of course welcome to use.

Therme & Silent Spa
Do I have to book my Therme entry in the Day Spa in advance?
No. You do not need to book your admission in advance. If you want to play it safe and plan your well-deserved day at the spa in advance, we recommend that you book your admission here from the comfort of your own home. Wenn Sie aber auf Nummer sicher gehen und Ihren wohlverdienten Thermentag schon fix planen möchten, dann empfehlen wir Ihnen, den Eintritt hier ganz bequem von zuhause aus zu reservieren.

- You get your ticket for the best price
- To shorten the waiting time, you can collect your ticket directly from the thermal spa shop
Have you bought your ticket online but are unable to get in? There’s no need to worry: With your online ticket purchase you have acquired a voucher you can simply use on another day. Simply send us an e-mail with a photo of the tickets in question and your new preferred date so that we can arrange the new reservation for you.
Hotel stay
Cancellation Deadlines and Travel Insurance
Your reservation can only be cancelled free of charge online via the booking system or in writing (by e-mail to hotel@therme-laa.at) up to 2 days before arrival at 18:00. Thereafter, 100% cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations or no-shows.
Please note that a separate cancellation deadline applies to hotel packages (combination of overnight stay and additional services such as Christmas/New Year’s Eve package and similar).

THAT NOTHING GOES WRONG: YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE
So schnell geht es! Booked today and soon it will be “Off on holiday!” We are looking forward to welcome you and have reserved your room for you. But sometimes – especially on short notice – something can come up, even if you don’t expect it.
We therefore highly recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

HOTELSTORNO PLUS
To save costs, we recommend that you insure yourself. The insurance Hotelstorno-Plus offers more than just cancellation cover! In the following download document you will find information on this and the opportunity to book your “private guardian angel” at the same time!

Check-in and check-out
On the DAY OF ARRIVAL your room will be ready for you by 15:00 AT THE LATEST, But you also can arrive as early as 09:00. If your room is not ready for you yet, you will receive a bathing bag with bathrobe and bath towels, as well as a chip bracelet and a box in the day cloakroom so that you can already enjoy the Therme and the hotel’s own spa area for the whole day.
On theDAY OF DEPARTURE we ask you to check out of your room until 11:00 am , by which time the use of the hotel spa and Therme is still included.. If you would like to stay with us until 22:00 on your day of departure (incl. hotel spa and Therme), this is possible for an additional charge of € 17.00 per person (children € 8.50). You will also receive a box in the day wardrobe and a new chip bracelet.
We ask for your understanding that for organisational reasons we have to charge € 15,- for every hour of delay at check-out.
If you would like to use your room for longer, this is possible until 18:00 for a surcharge of € 43 (or € 63 for suites), subject to availability and prior notification at reception.
Animals
Your little darling is – depending on availability – very welcome in our hotel.
Please let us know about your pet. Price on request from € 35 per night (without food)
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the rooms of the SILENT CLUB Room, the hotel spa, the thermal baths, the Silent Spa and the restaurants for reasons of hygiene. Please note that due to legal requirements, a lead is compulsory in the entire house. Please be aware that if you are bringing a pet with you, advance booking is mandatory at least one day before arrival. If the registration is not made in time, we reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee of € 45,- on site.
Minimum length of stay
Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights applies at weekends and on public holidays. On New Year’s Eve a minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
Fahrad- & E-Bike Verleih
As a hotel guest, you can hire bikes – including children’s bikes – and helmets for adults and children FREE OF CHARGE. E-bike hire for a fee: € 27 per day.
Parken & Ladestationen für Elektroautos
You will find plenty of parking space in the car park directly in front of the hotel and, on request and for an additional charge, also in the secure underground car park below (€ 7.90 per day).
Tip for your electric car: There are two parking spaces with charging stations (type 2 plug) in the hotel’s underground car park (on charge) and in the public Therme car park.
Bicycle garage
You are welcome to park your bicycles in our lockable bicycle garage. Our organisation does not take over any guarantee.
Barrier-free access
The entire Resort Therme Laa – Hotel & Silent Spa is barrier-free!
Two guest rooms in the 4*S Hotel are barrier-free. At the hotel reception you will also receive a key for the glass doors that allow you to bypass the turnstiles in the entire resort.
