As divisional manager, I am responsible for the entire wellness area. I coordinate the team, plan offers and ensure that the facilities and applications are always up to date. I really enjoy my work because I can contribute to the well-being of our guests and give them a relaxing break.

ROSEMARY
PREYER

Patisserie & Confectioner at the hotel restaurant

As a patissière and confectioner, I am responsible for creating and preparing high-quality desserts, cakes and tarts in our hotel restaurant. My focus lies on delighting our guests with artful and delicious desserts. I am passionate about working with my team and make sure that every creation not only tastes great, but is also a visual highlight.

Hotel reception

I am the link between our guests and the various services offered by our hotel. I take care of check-in and check-out, answer enquiries and ensure that our guests receive all the information they need for a pleasant stay. Organising reservations and advising on local attractions are also part of my job.

MICHAEL
TENTULIN

Chef de Cuisine – Hotel Restaurant

My responsibilities include the planning and preparation of menus, the coordination of the kitchen team and the constant quality assurance of our dishes. I make sure that all dishes are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented creatively. My passion for cooking and the joy of experimenting with new recipes make my job especially fulfilling.

Housekeeping Hotel

I work in housekeeping and am responsible for the cleanliness of the resort premises. True to my motto “The hotel must be maintained like your own living room”, I really enjoy paying attention to detail and creating an all-round feel-good experience for our guests!

Hotel Restaurant Service

As a service employee in the hotel restaurant, I am directly involved with the guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience. My tasks include serving guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks. I work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all guests’ wishes are fulfilled and their expectations are exceeded.
