The yoga weekend is suitable for all levels with a regular practice. We will focus on breath, meditation, yoga and relaxation. Let´s reawaken your body, get the energy moving. The most simple postures are the most important. Learn new mindful practices and let Rosibel to be your guard. Enjoy the combination of yoga and wellness in the warm water. We will pamper you.
